What is eCliPSE?

Information on the eCliPSE program and how you can get started

eCliPSE is a way to help you work through mental health and substance use issues, putting you on the path to well-being.

At eCliPSE, we believe that everyone should have access to help when they need it. Alongside our values of positivity, practicality, and compassion, we are driven to support people who need access to resources and assistance.

To realise our vision, we created a free, 24/7 online portal that provides access to evidence-based online screening, eHealth treatments, and resources for people experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.

The eCliPSE program is currently operating in New South Wales, Australia, with hopes to expand to other areas of Australia in the future.

To help develop these eHealth treatments and ensure you have access to useful and insightful resources, we engaged with service providers in mental health and alcohol and other drug use sectors.

If you are looking to learn about issues surrounding mental health and substance use, tips on managing your mental health, identifying triggers and more, please check out our homepage and follow our eCliPSE social media pages.

Towards 2024, we are looking to create a podcast series where you can hear from people sharing their lived experience mental health and substance use issues, as well as  from carers and clinicians.

If you would like to access our online portal, please create an account. And if you would like to receive more updates, please consider subscribing to get regular updates.

Quiz me

This section of eCliPSE takes you through a series of quizzes (or screening tools) designed to help you understand the different types of thoughts and feelings you are currently experiencing.

By completing these quizzes, you can get some feedback on your mood and lifestyle choices. You can also download this feedback into a letter that you can show your GP or other health care professional and discover which of our eHealth programs might be the best for you right now.

Over time, you can track your mood and lifestyle behaviours by returning to the quizzes and taking them again at any time.
